Unilever is one of the world's largest organisations. It produces fast moving consumer goods (fmcg) for a global market, owning many household names such as Marmite, Dove, Ben & Jerry's and Knorr. As part of an ongoing drive to become the world's best marketing company Unilever is revolutionising how its packaging artwork is managed through a change program named Panorama. Panorama is repositioning artwork management across the business. It has created a team of dedicated professionals with responsibility for this complex technical area and is introducing globally aligned systems and processes to deliver a combination of higher quality, increased speed to market and reduced costs.
What We Did
Global changes in a large and constantly evolving organisation are never simple. With thousands of people across the globe requiring training in the new way of producing artwork, we were tasked with delivering a communication platform. The Rocca. team worked closely with Unilever people across the world in designing the solution. We came up with Artwork Excellence – based around strong visuals and compelling core messages.
Artwork Excellence delivers economies to the business by raising awareness and improving the performance of those working within the business.
